In the middle of summer on one of the hottest days, my air conditioner went out. The guys I normally use went out of business, so I called everyone in my area. Steinhardt was the first to answer my call, and the guy showed up within an hour. This was an after-hours Saturday call. A part had to be replaced, and he did so in less than an hour. I am in the Bedford, KY area, so most of their response time was driving distance, as they are in Hanover. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The price was reasonable considering the weekend call. They have made a customer for life out of me.
